It is rare to find a seller with 100% positive. I find that sometimes there is disagreement and using eBay as an arbitrator is the best way to handle it. In this case, the buyer is upset that the listing did not mention what the item "did not do". Well, I also did not mention that it was not waterproof, that it did not fly, it did not float, it was not edible, and many other things it did not or could not do. Good info on box photos.
