She then asked to received a refund on top of the discount we have already gave her. Since she wasn’t happy with the item we told her to return it for a full refund but it looks like she was just trying to get a bigger discount asking for a refund on parts she bought that were never offered. Please always read item’s description.

The box was a little beat up, but bubble wrap kept the item safe. The cargo cover is a good value and works properly overall. The only issue is the retractable cover is slightly droopy with wrinkles on the left side when pulled out, which wasn’t visible in photos. The seller provides no condition details in the listing, only photos, and answers questions narrowly, leaving me unsure about condition details.
