Windows does not load. It seems apparent that no one at your company attempted to boot up the computer to see if it worked before shipping it to me. I was also very happy that the battery had only 86 cycles and is in good shape. For me this was an exceptional value. The only thing I am unsure of is why it was shipped not set back to factory settings. We did a complete re install etc, bit thought that would have been done by the seller. Overall good quality and great appearance.
