Cards were packaged poorly, were wrapped in cling wrap, the opposite of anti-static! Only one card was wrapped in bubble wrap (not the anti-static kind), and the other two cards were sandwiched next to it in thin cardboard box. 3. Listing shows both PCIe brackets. I did NOT receive the half-height brackets. 4. Cards are NOT new/open-box as advertised, they are USED ones that have been cleaned.
