Our staff received an email on July 21 noting a listing error, which has happened before by shoppers, with no mention of a purchase on June 29 or any case to reconcile the email with. Had it been mentioned that a purchase was made, we would have been happy to credit the purchase due to our error. I have since credited the order once found and hope you would also correct the feedback now that we have a clearer understanding
