It took a while, but they had to order parts and you know how that goes these days. No communication on their initiative, but they do answer messages very quickly. Would have no problem using their services again.

Not only is the joystick fixed, but they were able to keep the front sticker intact and it looks like it was never opened at all. Thank you so much for offering this service!
