The Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 S.C. lens enables you to take high-quality photos you’ll be proud to show off to your friends. With a focal length of 50 millimeters, these camera lenses keep distortion to a minimum. Six elements in four groups also work to combat chromatic aberrations like blurring and colored halos. The mount of this Canon camera lens is made of rugged, durable plastic. These standard 50mm lenses delineate images well even when you’re shooting close-ups. These lenses may also fit mirrorless digital cameras that are produced by other manufacturers so long as you use the right attachment accessories. When you manually adjust the focusing ring, the lens can extend outward by up to 5/16 of an inch. The aperture ring is made from a sturdy aluminum cast, and it has six diaphragm blades to facilitate easy focusing. With an F stop of f/1.8 STM, this aperture can open to 27.8 millimeters. This setting keeps diffraction manageable, allowing you to take photos of very high image quality.
