It might have been an employee packing and dropping the CPU or the cooler on it when removing the CPU and not telling, or a straight scam. Instead of returning I tried to fix it. I did for the most part, but it only recognizes six memory modules running five channel. I don't know if will show any more problems in the future. So what started as a great deal became an acceptable deal.
