I was looking for a certain size of dollhouse furniture and thought this was it - but it was an offsize as you get in miniatures - a small 1:12. We expect it and I am prepared to sell it on BUT this considerate seller sent me a partial refund. Now that is the kind of sellers Ebay needs. The packaging was excellent.
