They advertised this laptop as having a 500GB SSD hard drive, which upon asking is a mechanical hard drive- much slower than they chose to promote. I took this on board and purchased anyway to receive a customs fee of nearly £60, because they chose to list this as "Free Worldwide Postage" and are happy for you to pay afterwards. When trying to resolve this they were uncommunicative and chose not to help me. My husband sat on the chair and the stand fell over and the main stand part buckled. It could have caused him serious injury. After contacting the company repeatedly over the last few weeks to ask for a refund we have been intentionally delayed by them until the 25 day purchase period is up.
