In truth, they can't even handle a modern, lightweight LED light (a fraction of the intended use weight). They would make a good ornamental stand for your home, just be prepared to add a screw or three to fasten the metal straps to the legs: they slip down during use. Never in all this time have we had a single complaint, far from it! For example "Super quality item and fits my Strand light perfectly, looks and feels very high end - will definitely be back for anything else I need in future" No space to fit anymore in but they are in the same vain.
