I offered to send the one sent to me in error back but was told "not to bother".I then offered to buy it as well as the one not sent. No explanation was really given and a partial refund was returned.

Seem to get a better deal if I purchase multiple items from one vendor. Necklace was packaged well along with others and the shipping and handling costs appeared fair.
