The reason I'm giving it a 3 and not a 5 is the fact that the seller did not include the power cord or the case for the instrument. So therefore the instrument that was stated to be fully functional, can only be played with batteries. Therefore without the power cord it makes this item Not Fully functionable because if you're playing in church and the batteries run out it can no longer be used for that service. Which makes it an inconvenient

The faceplate appears to have been removed and then poorly replaced. Back button on the track pad does not work. Overall, the quality of the product that arrived does not match what was pictured. Item should have been marked damaged instead of used.
