We are currently dealing with USPS for the insurance claim. The $795 spent on the clock may not be reembursed in full or partial, its being reviewed now. Manualmaster101 has had constant communication with us the entire time. I probably won't buy anything that expensive and fragile in the near future. Im giving USPS low marks but not the seller.

There was also a box that was a little crushed in the back that you couldn't see from the photos in the listing. The shipping container (Xerox box) could have used more than the 2 pieces of tape used to secure the lid. However, the price per item was a good deal. Overall I am for the most part happy with my purchase .
