The ignorance started the moment i purchased which was a surprise but after all the issues with item and horrible response message it makes more sense. Item showed up damaged and poorly made, asked for a return label on their de and was given attitude and false allegations of “fraud”. Then they went the extra step and texted my personal phone instead of keeping the conversation on eBay.
