Shipping was very fast even thought Japan had public holiday but seller shipped promptly right after . Condition of packaging was OK, but the PS vita console appearance was not perfect, not really as described. BUT! The console has one flaw, the right analog stick is not working AT ALL. I would need to replace it. I dont think it was tested properly.

The back touch screen has spotty areas and heavy cosmetic damage that was not shown in the photos. There is also dust under the camera lens, which makes pictures come out blurry. Overall, the quality does not match the listing or the price paid. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you, Connie
