Kids are encouraged to try their own practice of Zen, such as the suggestion to give big, cozy hugs or wear an invisible crown of confidence. The book's characters are drawn simply, inviting creativity in coloring. But they have plenty of personality that adds to the storytelling. The book also includes some bonus information about the natural history of Earth's real-life capybaras.
