I asked for a partial refund so I could send her to a restorer to see if anything could be done. They got very angry with me. You don’t get to keep the item and get money back. If you choose to keep you’re ok with it. High value items are high risk for sellers. People always want a refund but never want to return. Then leave negative feedback when they don’t get their way. It doesn’t work like that. We are no longer threatened by negative feedback. Enjoy the doll.

The seller then canceled the order, stating the item had errors. I get making minor mistakes, however, it appears this is not the first time this has happened. I gave this seller the courtesy that I would be leaving negative feedback as its not okay to cancel a sold item. My advise: slow down, do your research before listing items to avoid canceling. After canceling, they relisted the Barbie for way, way more money. There was not an error with the item there was an error with our listing as we stated. People were buying while we were working on our end to revise the listing. We ended up having to take it down to create a whole new listing. We are not surprised by your feedback. Be well regardless.
