I decided against it thinking perhaps he was struggling with personal issues. From an objective business-focused perspective, I can't in all good conscience recommend a seller who fails to even attempt to ship a paid item. Furthermore, it's a very insincere and unserious look to not respond to multiple cooperative, understanding and facilitative inquiries from a customer....not one peep. He has no coherent defense.
