It actually says this on the box and yet they were batteries installed, and some human hair on the packaging tape definitely used at some point although not extensively it works and runs so I won’t leave negative review, but the seller should not list things as new, when there is “like new” available. The box it was in had no padding. It was just a box for the box by the way.
