Tbf the seller was genuinely concerned and reassured plus went to post office to check. Offered refund if didn’t turn up/very late. Received eventually on 14th with tracking changed on 13th! Very poor service by Royal Mail led to very disappointing transaction after seller did everything I would have done (nothing the seller could have done beyond what they did)!
