When I asked for another I was given a screw type master link instead of a rivet master link. I believed this to be a mistake but they were fully aware and told me that the rivet style was on back order and told me the screw type would work just as fine which is not true! And not safe in the least! No partial refund No true apologies. 1*

A++, thank you guys.
