The only problem was the controller. Both analog sticks are terrible and get stuck. Gonna keep the bundle regardless because the Xbox 360 is in such good condition. I did test everything and didn't notice the issues you mentioned. Unfortunately, this was something that slipped through the cracks during our quality control process. I appreciate the feedback so we can improve our systems and not have this happen again. I offer free 60-day returns but as mentioned above the seller chose to keep the item regardless of the issue and not open a return.
