I let her know that she could even see a video of this item on YouTube to see how it works new. It did not come in Target carton either. Only the eyes light up (green), not the body (blue). The body is supposed to fade in and out in blue. It doesn’t. I finally noticed inside the head that two wires were disconnected. I managed to reconnect them. It helps a little but it’s not like new at all.
