I am not sure what was going on but the hose was completely covered with something sticky that I didn’t notice until I picked it up out of the package. It wasn’t like it was filthy; but, more like the material of the hose may have gotten too hot during shipping or something. No problem though, I soaked it in warm water with Dawn Dish Soap for a while and wiped it off. Still a little tacky so I may repeat and even cover the tube with something.
