I notified the seller as soon as I received the jacket and got a generic answer tellin me to return it if i wasn't happy. I told them that since they were at fault and that as a european i paid more for the shipping than the item, i'd be okay with either a return for a full refund (shipping included) or a refund of the item that i could keep and try to repair : no answer.
