Also included full set of caddies, which is greatly appreciated. Would 100% buy from you folks again. Shipping drop off was amazingly fast.

It was very clean inside and out, with no dust or grime, and all ports and components look well cared for. Appearance is almost like new with minimal signs of previous use. I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!

Neither of those problems are particularly upsetting, but the lack of response to an inquiry regarding these discrepancies is certainly troublesome. It's been over a week, and the seller has not responded with any explanation or apology.
