It was packaged better than big companies package rods in sch 40 PVC pipe. Item was exactly as described for a great price. Overall very happy with the experience!

As an EBAY Seller, I can't change a price on a listing if anyone is watching the item. I can do a promotional 7 day discount, but after 7 days, the item reverts back to original price. Again, I have no control over who gets the special offer and when it expires. The price the buyer sees at checkout is the price they are charged, and if they don't like the price, they DO NOT HAVE TO PROCEED! The Buyer Is In Control!

Very deceiving. I immediately issued a full refund and allowed them to keep the printer sent. Upon further investigation, The buyer received the CORRECT Printer. It appears I am a victim of fraud! This person outright lied about receiving the wrong printer. My mistake not insisting on it being returned, but I was trying to keep a customer happy. Look at the picture of the serial number and model number, it is clearly the correct printer.
