Missing items that a new unit would come such as the remote and some of the hardware. There were multiple issues with the unit and is completely unusable. I messaged the seller with pictures of multiple issues requesting refund it’s been a week and nothing. I ending up opening up the unit to see why the water wouldn’t go from the head unit to the mister and the line was deteriorating.
