Emailed me saying so, and didn't have more gray. I replied asking for black. Exotic Western agreed that, the black were mailed within a hour. That is customer service and care. I received another quaility pair of Los Altos boots. Buy from ExoticWestern, quaility products, great price, beautiful boots, seamless shipping and tracking.
