It didn't have any of the accessories like the nvme standoffs or wifi antennae. Based on the description and pictures in the listing and the difficulty users have had in general with the compatibility of this model of board, I guessed that it wasn't actually broken and just needed a BIOS update. I lucked out and now have a fully working AM5 motherboard for less than forty bucks! Great find and value.
