It arrived by freight in perfect condition; it was packed & crated so securely, that I had to really work at unpacking it. I worried at first that I was taking a risk in purchasing this type of item online without seeing it in person, but any concerns I had were squashed. Even with the cost of freight, I feel I got a very good deal. Also worth note, the seller was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

They offered me a different shade of blue. While I have not received this yet, just the positive experience I have had with this seller means so much to me. They know how to run a business and make people want to do more business with them.

The packaging was great. Our tub was well protected and as I said when we got it home and unpacked it was in pristine condition. I feel like the tub is better than described, it’s beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a perfect addition the restoration our 1920’s home.
