It was a refurbished watch. At least they could’ve give it a new battery. They wanted me to send it back. I don’t have time for that. They only offered me a 10% refund. I’m sick and don’t have time to deal with this. I would not trust these guys.

This time got a deffective one but the return and refund process were super smooth, which only increases confidence in the seller: If for some reason you get a deffective item you can easily return it.

But there are scratches on the sides, and the screen is peeling off at the top. It s not in excellent condition! It looks like no one has checked it. The integrity of the phone is compromised - it can already let in water and dust. I specifically chose the excellent condition. With such defects I could have bought it much cheaper. The seller offered $10 as a solution. It's funny, because it won't cover the repair costs.
