Great printer and a great price. The printer had been expertly reconditioned and looked like it had been barely used. They included a printout of the printer's history that was also helpful. Two of the cartridges (black and magenta) caused faint lines in the output, but I knew I wasn't buying full cartridges, and the other two were fine.

Trade and they refused to help me but gave me Dell's number, SQ. Trade insisted it was under warrenty. Dell helped me despite it wasn't under warrenty. Second time I wasn't receiveing emails.I went to DiscountDepot. I had the serial number, the day I bought it and they still refused to help me until I gave them the amount paid for it. Discount Depot has sold me 3 computers But no more trusting Sq. Trade or Discount warranties
