Obviously I did not or I wouldn't be saying it. The one I got came with the head wrap and the suction hook. The hook was in the spot where the facial brush would have been, because I looked at the packaging differences. I didn't even pursue it any further because it would have been very easy for me just to take a picture and prove it, but I felt taken.
