Ended up having to overnight a new card directly from Lenovo to get staff laptop up and working. Seller was hard to get along with and needed detailed troubleshooting and and required me to do all this troubleshooting, also acted like I didnt know what I was doing. Funny how the new one from Lenovo worked in 5 minutes as expected. Dont know if Ill get a refund from seller but wouldnt buy from again.
