Instead of asking how he could resolve this, or that he was sorry for the mistake, all he was worried about is that I need to send the wrong item back to him, then he would give me a refund. It would have been a decent value if I would have received the item I ordered, for a birthday gift, which I won’t be able to give. So yeah, not happy at all. He sent a knife I ordered a wallet.
