So here is my revision: maybe not wait until the last minute to ship it in case there is some type of emergency. Yes, I am sorry you had a family emergency, but why do you wait so long to prepare/ship the item? You must be that busy that the product is prepared at the very latest it is listed for shipment?

Make sure you order a few weeks to a month in advance to allow for design and print times, because each shirt is custom. Good quality shirt and it looks really good too. Will make my 24th birthday even better.

I asked for the tag. My interaction with seller is shown below. I had to file a "parts missing" claim with eBay, which was found in my favor. I don't feel this should ever be done with clothing that custom clothing makers use and sell, because it doesn't offer full transparency. And it's actually kind of dishonest in my opinion.
