It must of gone lost. we tried to communicate to her asking if she wanted a replacement or refund (5 times!) with no response from customer. She did not communicate to get help so she was refunded. Evidently she was expecting us to still send a replacement after she was refund which is not how ebay system works. IT'S BEST TO COMMUNICATE TO SELLERS THROUGH MESSAGES 1ST SO THEY CAN HELP YOU!
