All you have done is send me long emails on how you could not do it and you give up even after I told you exactly where to connect this. NTSC and PAL have NOTHING do do with this adapter! Do you see a crystal on board board for the NTSC video signal? NO ITS UNIVERSAL it works on both systems. All you have done is wasted my time. His main concern is that in his opinion my feedback suggests the board does not work on PAL systems at all - that was not my intention and he assures me it does
