My only problem is with the subtitles that are either hard to remove or simply permanent. Vendors ( not only this one but all ) should contact manufacturers and highlight this issue. FBI Season 6 is not the only bluray set with this problem. Thank you for your time and fast response.

When it did, it had been sent poorly packed in an envelope not a box and was very damaged in transit- so it arrived late, was damaged (cosmetic) in transit and was clearly a bootleg item. Seller DID provide a prompt PARTIAL refund, which I agreed to in order to end this ASAP. (That was my choice). In the end, I paid about $40-50 for a BluRay box set that arrived WEEKS after ordering which I will likely not watch often or at all.
