You can’t use an app, even if you jailbreak it but you CAN read them in Safari and add a home icon for your favorite sites. You can also use it as a pdf reader. Other than that, you’re basically buying a digital photo frame, lol. But I knew ALL of that going in so I got exactly what I was expecting and for an excellent price. A+ seller!
