The vintage Chatty Cathy doll broke as she pulled her string. I told her that I am sorry that happened. As seen thru the video on the listing, the doll was working. I told her return the vintage doll if not happy. I offer returns. She wasn't sure what she wanted to do. The other emails were just complaining more about the doll. Ebay has instructions on website on how to return the item.
