I contacted the seller and she was extremely rude and said the item was not returnable. The pics posted did not match what was sent. I contacted Ebay and agreed to a partial refund mainly because the seller was harassing me to return the item even though Ebay said not to. I even shared the response from Ebay and seller kept insisting I return the items. She threatened to report me to Ebay and I told her Ebay was aware.
