I contacted the seller with my concerns since the hairdryer was listed as new. The hairdryer also had a burning smell when I turned it on. They replied quickly and apologized, sending another hairdryer promptly. They stand by their sales and I would buy from them again for that reason. Shipping was quick.

(Luckily no parts fell out or got lost) Fantastic Seller nonetheless! Would by from again. A+++
