It will not allow installation over the existing turnsignal clockspring mechanism without either removing or modifying the clockspring, same as most adapter/boss kits. You can use it with modifications of the cord & it's base retainer, which is not addressed in most installation videos.

Was very difficult to install as the parts to install ( nuts/ bolts didn’t line up at all. Had to grind the holes in the frame of the truck to get them to fit. The description shows will hold up to 450lb Well that’s wrong. My wife is 124 and they move with her stepping on them and me at 260lb well they will not last long. Should of bought a better set to last longer.
