This was because the plastic bosses the attaching screws went through were both broken in shipping. These items were still in the packaging from China, and I doubt mine are the only ones that are broken. It will be easier to fix with a glue gun then return for another set that may also be broken. Otherwise, I like them, and the repair is not visible. Great price and look great.
