They will send you an incorrect/faulty product and will attempt to send a partial refund once you return the product. I purchased this monitor and the seller claimed that it was an 180hz monitor with no visual effects impacting the display. After setting it up it only maxed out at 100hz with display port 1.4 and had a piece of debris stuck inside the monitor on bottom right side of the screen.
