The item was brand new and worked perfectly, and I even got it hooked up to the internet despite some ambiguous wording in the associated manufacturer's app. It is actually easier to use than I expected, and it has a nice simulated voice recording that says, "It's time for your medication." before it starts making those beeps. It was easy to program the various options.

Says "Used" but I cant see any obvious signs of use, and it arrived with everything sealed and packaged like new, even the instructions. The app interface is fantastic and really easy to set up and the pill tray just pulls out so you can clean it easily. Really happy all round with the product and the seller 👍🏼
