The balloons were not stored properly, and their quality and condition are quite fragile. I have attached a photo of one balloon that I attempted to inflate, which burst during the process. I understand that balloons are delicate, but I chose to buy from this seller expecting a good value, and I did not receive that. Upon arrival, the balloons were stuck together and could not be inflated or used.
